Dimitrius was born and raised in Southern California. Prior to real estate, he worked as the business development manager for two major companies. The position gave him years of sales & marketing experience as well as customer relationship management skills which he applies to real estate today. As a California native, Dimitrius guides clients based on their individual needs and educates them on the ever-changing dynamics of California's real estate market. His experience and knowledge put him in a unique position to guide clients in making the right investments. Having also worked in two different industries, Dmitrius has an in-depth understanding of different cultures, making him the prime candidate in advising foreign investors.


DeJuan “DJ” Swanson has been dedicated to serving financial consumers since 2009. Born and raised in Ontario California, he has truly taken a sense of pride and ownership to serving others throughout his career in finance. With the extensive background from HSBC Global, US Bank, and Bank of America, serving clients is truly his expertise and forte. Real Estate has allowed DeJuan to highlight his true skill of ensuring all parties in any transaction whether buyer or seller, is in the best of care and educated properly. Being a man of Integrity and Compassion is what he feels will be the only traits that will guarantee him the success to keep long term relationships, not short term. Now residing in the city of Corona, DeJuan has maintained his focus on the world of Real Estate and contributing to his community in all aspects of life.

Now a father of 2 (Son and Daughter), he has a new task at hand! Though DeJuan has been successful in Real Estate and Finance, he must now master the Art of Parenthood. Commitment to being a successful parent and mentor to his family is the end goal. Allan began working in the real estate industry shortly after earning his Bachelor's Degree at the University of California, Riverside in 2017. His passion for helping families grow their real estate portfolio and create generational wealth led to his Rookie of the Year achievement in 2018. His background in psychology allows him to better understand his clients' needs as well as negotiate the best possible terms for clients in the purchase and sale of property. His analytical and logical mindset allow him to understand and explain the legal intricacies involved in a real estate transaction in order to provide the greatest level of service to his clients. Allan believes that the relationship between a realtor and their client is a lifelong one.


She is Veronica Guendulain. Realtor with the Oscar Tortola Group. She has been in the Real Estate Industry for 3 years. Her career started working in the Marketing Department for the group, and shortly after starting, she received her Real Estate License, and have been practicing ever since. Working with one of the Top Groups in the Area has taught her a lot about her business and she strives to give her Clients the Best Real Estate Experience imagined. Being a soon to be mother, she is motivated to build her business and continue to give the families that she works with a home buying experience that they wont ever forget as they build their family as she is building her.
